Juan also brings over ten years of experience in the retail industry where he held leadership roles in operations, customer service and human resources. Willem Salentijn

Willem Salentijn is a Master Black Belt, lecturer and researcher in the Netherlands. He ... works for 5ST3PS Lean Six Sigma, elected as the best training institute for quality and project management in the Netherlands in an independent election in the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Furthermore he lectures and does research at VU University Amsterdam and he is doing a PhD supervised by Professor Jiju Antony. Their work amongst others include soft factors in Lean, Covid-19 from a Six Sigma perspective, industry 4.0. and the applicability of Lean Six Sigma in small and medium enterprises.
